Click XXVIII Walking Pilgrimage Website  to read all about it.

Bottom line is this: You will walk 57.5 miles with few thousands of other pilgrims who are divided in three groups. Our groups is led by CFR friars and you will have an opportunity to pray a lot while you walk, have confession, spiritual direction time, fun, close encounters with people, of whom many are youth and young adults, have Adoration, daily Mass, singing, dancing, you will eat Polish food (no junk or fast food, no soda), sleeping in tents, suffering, crying and laughing. You will carry only your small daily back pack. This superb spiritual experience will cost you: pilgrimage price (includes all food and drinks, even during small stops, transportation of your luggage and tent from place to place, needed medical attention, traffic and sanitation services, logistics etc.):

adults: $120 / young adults 15-24: $100 / children 7-14: $60 / children 3-6: $20

plus transportation (about $15) to and from Doylestown, evening meal on Aug. 5th (you can take it with you) and possible small fee for one night stay before the pilgrimage. If you know of any cheap place north of Philadelphia, let me know:

(registration has to be done through their web site; 12 yo and under have to have an older sibling or parent with them; Sign up will close July 20 so we can know how many tents and vehicles we will need)
